Service Description

Full KGH Hypnobirthing course tailored to you individually and packed full of information about birth, what to expect as you progress through labour and how you can work with your subconscious to remain calm and positive. Plus lots of tools and techniques for both you and your partner. 12 hours tuition can be fitted in around your work and childcare commitments and can be a combination of face to face and zoom meetings.
